The Pelvic Confidence Program

A structured, non-invasive pelvic floor strengthening program for men and women.

The Pelvic Confidence Program

Pelvic floor changes can affect bladder control, sexual confidence, core strength, and daily comfort — for both men and women. Whether these changes come from childbirth, aging, surgery, hormonal shifts, or high-impact activity, they can have a real impact on quality of life.

The Pelvic Confidence Program is a six-session Emsella® protocol supported by physician screening, education, and follow-up care. It is designed to help you rebuild pelvic strength, restore confidence, and support your overall pelvic wellness.

What This Program Is Designed to Support

  • Strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles
  • Improved bladder control and reduced urgency
  • Increased confidence during physical activity
  • Enhanced sexual wellness and sensitivity
  • Greater core stability and support
  • Overall pelvic health and function

Responses vary; this program supports function but does not guarantee specific clinical
outcomes.

Who This Program Is For

The Pelvic Confidence Program is appropriate for:

Women experiencing:

• Stress or urge incontinence
• Vaginal laxity or reduced pelvic tone
• Sexual function concerns related to pelvic floor changes
• Pelvic heaviness or decreased confidence during exercise
• Postpartum or post-menopause pelvic changes

Men experiencing:

• Urinary leakage or urgency
• Post-prostate surgery pelvic weakness
• Erectile function support through improved pelvic floor strength

Appropriate for most adults — an initial intake screens for any
contraindications.

5. Optional: Maintenance Plan

For ongoing support, maintenance sessions may be recommended based on goals and response.

Why Emsella®?

Emsella® uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to activate and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles more effectively than most individuals can achieve voluntarily.

Benefits of this technology:

  • Non-invasive
  • Comfortable — you remain fully clothed
  • No downtime
  • Men and women both respond well
  • Safe and widely used in pelvic floor rehabilitation

Program Length

Six sessions over three weeks, plus an initial screening and a follow-up assessment.

How to Get Started

All patients begin with a consultation to determine whether they are candidates for the Pelvic Confidence Program and to rule out contraindications.

Your care team will:

  • Review your symptoms and goals
  • Complete a pelvic health screening
  • Explain the treatment protocol
  • Outline expectations and maintenance options

• This is an uninsured service.
• A consent form must be completed prior to treatment.
• Patients with implanted electronic devices, active malignancy in the pelvic region, or pregnancy are not candidates.
• Many individuals benefit from periodic maintenance sessions; your plan will be individualized.
