Invest In How You Age With Confidence

Strength Is Health Care

Strength and muscle health are fundamental to how we move, function, perform, and maintain independence as we age, from everyday tasks to the activities we love most.

Yet for most adults, strength is rarely measured objectively. Through midlife, changes in muscle and body composition can go unnoticed for years, until they begin affecting daily life.

At The Menopause Clinic, our Strength & Longevity services combine objective strength testing, body composition analysis, physiotherapy expertise, and medical assessment to provide a more complete picture of your overall physical health. Your results are reviewed in context, so you know what they mean.

Whether you simply want to understand where you are today or want a structured program to actively improve your strength, we offer two pathways designed around your goals and the level of support you need.

Your Strength Deserves More Than A Guess

Our team uses advanced VALD technology and InBody body composition analysis to measure your strength, muscle, and physical performance objectively. Your physiotherapist leads the strength testing, while our nursing and physician team review the health factors that may affect your muscle and exercise. This type of testing may be particularly valuable for:

An objective strength baseline

Concerns about maintaining muscle through midlife and aging

Understanding changes in body composition

Returning to exercise after inactivity

Our Comprehensive Strength & Longevity Assessment ($895) is a multidisciplinary, one-time assessment for adults who want a deeper understanding of their strength, muscle health, and body composition.

It includes a comprehensive nursing assessment, baseline laboratory investigations, InBody body composition analysis, and a physiotherapist-led VALD strength assessment. Third-party or specialized lab testing, if selected, is an additional cost.

The Comprehensive Assessment

Whether you want a clear snapshot of where you stand today or a team to guide you, choose the pathway that fits your goals.

Regular screening is recommended for all women between the ages of 25 and 69

Our 12-Week Strength Program

Our 12-Week Strength & Longevity Program ($3,995) moves beyond assessment into a structured, individualized plan designed to help you build strength, preserve muscle, improve physical function, and support healthy aging. We establish objective baseline measures, build your personalized plan, and reassess your progress at 6 and 12 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which option is right for me, assessment or program?

It depends on your goals and how much support you want. If you want to know where you stand, choose the Comprehensive Strength & Longevity Assessment ($895). If you want to improve your strength with a team guiding you, choose the 12-Week Strength & Longevity Program ($3,995). If you only want objective strength testing, our standalone VALD Strength Assessment ($395) is available under Advanced Testing.

Your Strength Questions, Answered

Measure. Build. Protect. Thrive.

Does the Comprehensive Strength & Longevity Assessment include an exercise program or follow-up?

No. The Comprehensive Assessment is a standalone assessment and recommendation service. It does not include an individualized 12-week exercise program, ongoing coaching, repeat testing, or follow-up appointments. If you’d like our team to help you work on the areas identified during your assessment, the 12-Week Strength & Longevity Program provides the next level of support.

How long does it take to get the results of my screening?

Both begin with objective testing, but they offer very different levels of support:

  • Assessment ($895): A one-time, multidisciplinary snapshot of your strength, muscle health, and body composition.
  • 12-Week Program ($3,995): A personalized exercise plan, full team support, and reassessment at 6 and 12 weeks.

Measure Your Strength. Protect Your Muscle.
