Integrative Care That Fits Real Life

NATUROPATHIC DOCTOR, ND

Dr. Jennifer Pilon is a Naturopathic Doctor providing integrative patient care at The Menopause Clinic. She works most closely with women's health, hormone balance, clinical nutrition, and perimenopause, and enjoys helping patients with complex concerns that don't fit neatly into a single diagnosis.

She combines evidence-informed herbal, nutritional, and lifestyle medicine to build practical, individualized treatment plans that are realistic, sustainable, and designed to fit into your everyday life.

Working alongside our physicians and nursing team, she brings a whole-person perspective to midlife care, looking at sleep, nutrition, stress, and hormones together rather than each in isolation.

Her Whole-Person Approach To Care

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, she works to identify the factors contributing to how you feel, then builds a realistic plan that is both effective and sustainable.

Listen. Investigate. Collaborate.

She is especially passionate about healthy sleep and its role in mental, hormonal, and metabolic health. Her faith informs the values she brings to practice: service, integrity, compassion.

Clarity and confidence in your health

Dr. Pilon's approach is collaborative, evidence-informed, and patient-centred. She believes the best outcomes happen when patients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in every part of their care.

Why Dr. Pilon Focuses on Midlife

Over 10 years in practice, Dr. Pilon has seen how many women are told their symptoms are simply "normal," even when those symptoms affect their relationships and quality of life every day, sometimes for years.

She believes many of these concerns deserve attention and support, and that there is often a range of options worth exploring together. Your body also offers valuable information through patterns in your cycle, sleep, energy, and mood that can be tracked over time.

your health, fully supported

Paying attention to those signals supports both prevention and early intervention, and helps women move through perimenopause and menopause with clarity, confidence, and a plan that fits their life.

Life at Home With Dr. Pilon

BEYOND THE CLINIC

In quiet moments, she enjoys fibre crafts and getting lost in a good historical fiction or fantasy novel, with tea close by.

Outside of work, Dr. Pilon is a wife and mom to three busy young kids.

Time with her family, her church family, and her friends is central to her life, keeping her grounded through busy seasons.

A lifelong music lover, she practises the clarinet and piano. Music, family, and community bring balance to her week and remind her of the values she brings to every patient.

“Struggling through severe symptoms isn't something anyone should have to accept without first exploring the full range of options available to support them.”
