Her Hands-On Approach To Care

Because pelvic health concerns are often multifactorial, she works collaboratively with each patient to build a treatment plan tailored to her needs, goals, and lifestyle, so she can get back to the activities she enjoys.

People First

She is committed to compassionate, inclusive, and trauma-informed care that empowers patients with the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in their own pelvic health.

Moving forward, with confidence

Kelsey believes in a hands-on, individualized approach to treatment. She combines manual therapy, dry needling, patient education, and targeted exercise prescription to help each patient work toward her goals.

Why Kelsey Chose Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Kelsey's passion for women's health physiotherapy was inspired by her own postpartum journey back to fitness. Going through that recovery herself showed her firsthand how much the right guidance, encouragement, and support can matter.

It sparked a lasting commitment to helping others navigate their own recovery. She has since spent a decade focused exclusively on pelvic health, regularly attending continuing education courses and conferences so her patients always receive evidence-informed, up-to-date care.

your health, fully supported

Today, she brings that experience to The Menopause Clinic, supporting women through the pelvic health changes of midlife with care that is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each of them.

Coaching, Camping, and Time Outdoors

BEYOND THE CLINIC

She loves coaching her daughters in ringette and softball, cheering them on and helping them grow in the sports they enjoy most.

Outside of the clinic, Kelsey's favourite place to be is outdoors, surrounded by her family.

When the season wraps up, you'll find the whole family hiking local trails and camping together, soaking up their time outdoors.

For Kelsey, staying active alongside her daughters is about more than sport. It's a chance to model the same healthy, confident relationship with movement that she hopes every patient can find.

“I want every patient to leave with the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in their own pelvic health.”
