Her Compassionate Approach To Care

At each visit, she takes the time to understand your symptoms, your history, and what matters most to you, so your physician has a complete and accurate picture before your treatment plan is built.

Listen. Validate. Support.

She believes that truly understanding a patient's concerns builds trust and leads to more personalized care, so every woman leaves feeling supported and confident about her next steps.

You are not alone in this

Sasha's approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and active listening. She works hard to create a safe, welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and truly validated.

Why Sasha Chose Women's Health Care

Sasha's passion for women's health began with her own experience of menopause. Like many of our patients, she didn't feel heard by her physician, and her symptoms were affecting her sleep, mood, and quality of life every day.

When she was referred to The Menopause Clinic, she felt truly seen and understood for the first time. Learning that her symptoms were real and treatable was life-changing, and that experience inspired her to move into women's health nursing and help other women.

Today, she wants every woman to know she doesn't have to simply put up with her symptoms, and that talking openly about menopause is how the stigma finally ends.

When Sasha Isn't at The Clinic

BEYOND THE CLINIC

Some of her favourite moments are camping with her husband, her daughter, and their two Golden Retrievers, Lizzy and Winston, exploring together.

Outside of work, Sasha is happiest outdoors, surrounded by family, friends, and two loyal dogs.

At home, she loves hosting barbecues for family and friends and spending quiet time in her garden whenever the weather allows.

She also loves to go fishing, though whether she actually catches anything is a whole different story. For Sasha, it's always been about the time together rather than the catch.

“Sometimes, simply having someone take the time to listen and say, 'What you're experiencing is real, and you're not alone,' can change everything.”
