Thirty Years of Caring for Patients

A Steady, Familiar Presence

Tobi Heide is a Medical Office Assistant at The Menopause Clinic with thirty years of experience serving in the medical field. Her extensive background spans long- and short-term patient care and assisting physicians with clinical treatment, including a vast variety of clinical procedures.

Five of those years were spent as a direct assistant to an Obstetrician-Gynecologist in northern Alberta, an experience that brought her focus firmly to women's health.

Today, she brings that same steady, experienced presence to the clinic, supporting our physicians and making sure every patient feels cared for from the very moment she arrives.

Her Personal Approach To Care

Her years of hands-on clinical experience mean she knows how to put patients at ease, especially during procedures, and how to make each visit feel calm, organized, and truly personal from start to finish.

People First

Working alongside our physicians and nurses, she makes sure the details are handled with care, so you can focus on your health and conversation with your care team.

Caring for your individual needs, always

Tobi's approach to patient care is simple: care for each person's individual needs and concerns. Every patient deserves to be seen as a whole person, not an appointment.

Why Women's Health Matters to Tobi

Five years as a direct assistant to an Obstetrician-Gynecologist in northern Alberta, where an average of 160 babies were born every month, gave Tobi a challenging learning curve and a truly welcome, eye-opening look at women's health.

That experience showed her how long women's health has been left on the sidelines. Women deserve care that takes their concerns seriously, and it is a belief that has quietly shaped how Tobi supports every single patient she meets at the clinic today.

your health, fully supported

Joining The Menopause Clinic marks an exciting next chapter in her healthcare journey, and she is thrilled to be part of a team shaping the future of women's health.

Travel, Fishing, and Two Busy Grandsons

BEYOND THE CLINIC

She has a passion for travelling globally and loves experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, always eager to try something new.

Outside the clinic, Tobi loves to travel, cook, and explore western Canada with her husband.

She and her husband love catch-and-release fishing, exploring scenic spots and different bodies of water throughout beautiful western Canada each season.

Above all, Tobi is a proud grandma to two very active grandsons who keep her young and excited. Time with them is one of her greatest joys outside the clinic.

“Women's health has been on the sidelines for too long, which is why I'm so excited to be joining the Menopause Clinic team.”
